Exchange and Return Policy

All your purchases from (Shamaghi) except for perfumes and underwear are excluded

Exchange within 7 days and return within 3 days from the date of its arrival to you. All you have to do is:



Ensure that it remains in its original condition

Then contact via email [email protected]


This excludes the return of perfume and underwear products.


If you wish to replace the order or part of it:

  • The customer has the right to exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition with all its accessories and user manual.
  • All you have to do is contact the customer care team and tell them about the products you want to replace and the new ones you want to get,
  • The method of shipping the product will be agreed upon from the customer and after receiving it, the new order is shipped to the customer.
  • In the event that the product to be replaced is not available, the customer will be contacted to obtain his permission in case he wants another product.
  • The products that have been opened are not replaced if it is not proven that there is a manufacturing defect in them, noting that the non-replaceable products are all that violate or deviate from the conditions such as (opening the product, cutting from the product, tearing ... etc.)

In the event that you wish to return the order or part of it:

  • The customer has the right to return the products within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition with all its accessories and user manual.
  • In the event that you wish to receive the amount of the returned goods in cash, this requires waiting for a period of 10 days from the date of sending your returned requests, and then contacting the customer care team and providing them with the account number to transfer the value of the goods to you.
  • Shipping value is not refundable and only product value will be returned
  • Replacement and return shipping cost:
  • The customer will bear the cost of sending the products to the site and the cost of shipping the new replacement request, unless the error is caused by the site’s management.
  • If you want to replace or return a product with no defect or manufacturing defect, the customer bears the full shipping fee.


  • If the product is examined and it turns out that it has a manufacturing defect or a product different from the order, the customer will be compensated with a new product and we will bear the shipping cost. Communicating with the customer and agreeing on a method for shipping the product, and the customer is expected to deliver the product to the shipping company within 7 days from the date of the agreement.
  • An agreement is made with the customer on the delivery method for shipping companies with the customer service team according to the policy of each city, and the agreement is canceled if the customer does not deliver the product to the shipping company within this period.


  • The site is not responsible for any shipment that has passed 45 days without receipt or communication.
