Guidelines for Using the TABBY Payment Service

From today, you can buy from our store in installments for 3 or 6 months, or pay later after 14 days through Tabby.

The service is currently available in Saudi Arabia and the UAE only.

You can benefit from this service by following these steps:

1. Shop normally on the store and choose the product you want to buy.

2. Go to the purchase page and fill in your information completely.

3. When you go to the purchase page, choose one of the payment options available from Tappy.

4. The details of the purchase process will appear to you, then enter/confirm the phone number and email.

You must enter a valid mobile number and email to proceed to the second step. And click to complete the purchase.

5. You will receive a text message on the phone, enter it on the site.

6. If you are a new user of the Tappy service, a page will appear for you to fill in your data, knowing that this step appears only upon the first use of the Tappy service.

After filling in the information, click on "Buy Now".

7. You will receive a text message on the phone from Absher to verify your identity.

8. A confirmation message will appear from Tappy to confirm the order.

9. Then the order will be confirmed from our website and the purchase process will be completed.

We would like to note:

1. You must pay on time to avoid any penalties resulting from late payment.

2. There is a slight difference between the two payment services after 14 days and installments . When using the installments service, there is no need to verify your identity through the Absher service, but 25% of the value of the purchase basket is now paid by entering your bank card information (debit or credit card) The rest of the value is to be divided.
